||During the Stated Communication held on December 10th, Howard Lodge No. 101 held a "Hail & Farewell" celebration signifying the end of 2012 and the conclusion of David W. Rabe's term as Worshipful Master of the Lodge. The past twelve months were yet another banner year in the long and prosperous history of the organization, due in no small part to the dedication and passion of the Brothers who contributed countless hours to the fulfillment of the Masonic tenets of Brotherhood, Relief, and Truth.
Worshipful Master Rabe took the time to thank the entire membership of the Lodge for their support throughout the past year, and also recognized a number of the Brothers who were able to lend a hand when needed or offer their assistance to the betterment of the organization. From an apple given to the Masonic Instructors for their teaching abilities, to the tool belt packed full of a myriad of instruments awarded to Past Master Rich Walters for his construction projects, the small tokens of appreciation were both thoughtful and hilarious at the same time.
Following the closing of the meeting, refreshment was provided in celebration of the past year and in anticipation of continued success as Daniel E. Hammil begins his term as Worshipful Master of Howard Lodge No. 101 in 2013.
